Investing the time in ourselves to heal and grow is the most selfless thing we can do, because in doing so we are better able to share our lives, our gifts, and our story with others.
Hello again!
SPECIALTY
I specialize in working with women who struggle with thinking they aren't good enough, who "have it together" on the outside yet feel like a fraud on the inside. They are often their own worst critic, finding it hard to accept complements, or make decisions. Sometimes they engage in behaviors they want to change (numbing, avoiding, escaping), but struggle to know how.

I believe that therapy is not one size fits all, which is why I focus on helping you discover your unique value and strengths, I use a person-centered approach, grounded in the interpersonal process theory and cognitive/ dialectical behavior therapy strategies to help you develop insight around the areas you struggle with, and provide tangible tools and a framework to make lasting change.

A Few Fun Facts
WHAT'S A TYPICAL SATURDAY LOOK LIKE?
Starting out with a coffee from my favorite local shop, chatting with my folks, hiking on a treacherous trail (that I probably shouldn't be on), kicking my partner's behind in a board game, & finishing with great meal.

HOW DO YOU TAKE YOUR COFFEE?
I like a little coffee with my cream.

FAVORITE MEAL?
Originally being from Maryland, anything crab will ALWAYS be a fave. I also LOVE mediterranean food and Indian food.

ANY HIDDEN TALENTS?
Parallel parking & ping-pong...not at the same time.

WHAT'S THE BEST PART OF BEING A THERAPIST?
Creating authentic and trusting relationships with my clients and witnessing the impact of their healing and growth. It is my deepest honor and privilege to be a small part of that journey.
